The Project is characterized by the new steam reforming hydrogen technology. The plant assures to supply hydrogen to satisfy the Gela refinery new Ecofining unit, in quality, quantity and availability terms and, it has been designed to
minimize the material and energy consumption for supplying medium pressure steam to the refinery.
The plant capacity is 40.000 Nm3/h of pure hydrogen (99.9%vol) .
